This very youthful 60 year old woman felt that her eyes made her look old and tired. She is shown before and after an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. This involves a simple removal of the excess skin and a small strip of muscle. No procedure produces more “bang for the buck” in cosmetic surgery than rejuvenating the upper eyelids.

This lady was unhappy with the tired, aged look of her face. She did not like the visible bands on her neck and the bags under her eyes. She underwent a facelift with tightening of the neck muscles, removal of the lower eyelid bags, and injection of Juvederm to fill out the lips a bit.
