Patient in her 60’s who once weighed 360 lb. She lost 130 lb on her own that had a gastric bypass and dropped down to 137 lb. She is 5’ tall.

She is seen before and after two procedures. The first was a circumferential removal of a large band of skin and fat (belt dermolipectomy) and the second was a modified tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and arm lift (brachioplasty).
