Before
This lady once weighed 360 lb. After losing nearly 130 lbs on her own, she had a gastric bypass procedure. When she came to see me, she weighed 137 lb, a difference of 223 lbs!!!
She had the typical stretched out, sagging skin of her upper arms. She is shown before and after a brachioplasty (arm lift). While the scars of this procedure can be problematic (they are prone to widening, thickening, or both), in this case, they are clearly a great trade off for the tightening produced.
