Before

This young lady had wanted breast augmentation since her teens. She was now in her early forties, had two pregnancies behind her and felt that her breasts were flat and droopy. Her bra size was a 38 B cup. She wanted her breasts to be more "round, up, and full", but wanted to look as natural as possible. 

After

I performed a breast augmentation on her using 445 cc Allergan Natrelle Inspira Style SRM smooth, round gel implants that I placed under the muscle. She did beautifully and her final bra size was a 38 C** cup from Victoria's Secret. Her breasts look and feel almost perfectly natural and she retained normal sensitivity in her nipples. Her scars are almost invisible under the breasts. 

**This patient underscores how poorly bra size represents true breast size. I find it hard to believe her cup size is only one cup larger than before with this size implant. In addition, Victoria's Secret bras are always sized larger than normal bras, so a patient who wears a B or C cup bra normally, will be fitted to a D or DD cup in one of their bras. I have even seen a young patient with nice breasts that I would have judged to be a C/D cup anywhere else wearing a DDD cup bra from Victoria's Secret, and this fit her! I suppose it makes customers feel good to be told they have larger breasts than they suspected. Great marketing by VS.
