Patient - Combined Breast Procedures

Before

This 61 year old lady came in desiring breast enhancement. She wanted more fullness. She goes largely bra-less but she wears bras, they are in the 32 A/B range. She is an avid "sun worshiper".

Because of the asymmetry and greater sagging on the left, I recommended a small lift through an incision around the areola, followed by breast implants later. She is shown before and after these procedures. Her augmentation was with Mentor round, smooth, moderate profile implants placed under the muscle. The left implant is a 325 cc implant, filled to 350 cc. The right implant is a 350 cc implant, filled to 375 cc. She was very concerned during the period when her breasts were settling and required a lot of reassurance but was very pleased with the end result. I daresay, not many 61 year old women have breasts this aesthetically attractive.
