Before
This lady had severe wrinkling and acne scarring of her face. In addition, she had a visible contour depression of both cheeks with the left being the more severe. She also had "tear trough" grooves under both eyes. These were corrected with transfer of fat from her abdomen to her face (fat grafting). She is shown before and 4 months after the procedure. By this time, the result is essentially permanent. Fat grafting even seems to benefit the quality of the skin to a visible degree.Â
