Before

This patient has always felt that her breast are too small for her frame.  She has had 3 children and breast fed all of them.  She has no plans for more.  Her bra is a 34 A cup.

She underwent a breast augmenation with 350 cc Mentor round, smooth, moderate profile saline implants placed under the muscle.  The incision is less than an inch under her breasts.  Her bra size increased to a 32 D cup from Victoria's Secret.

This case is a good example of the difficulty of predicting cup size after this surgery.  Victoria's Secret makes their cup sizes smaller such that a D cup from them is more like a C cup from anybody else.  There is simply no uniform standard for cup size.
