Before

Not your typical breast augmenation. This lady lost 70 lb after a gastric stapling and went to Colombia, South America to have a breast lift with implants. She had 460 cc CUI textured, round implants inserted. She came to me four years later after sustaining blunt trauma to her left breast, which left her implant too mobile, both down and to the side. She also wanted to be smaller. 

After

I removed her implants and stitched the left pocket to make it smaller. I inserted new Allergan Natrelle Style SRM 405 cc smooth, round gel implants. She is shown 6 months after the surgery and the repair is holding up well. Time will tell if this will be maintained. Some patients have a tendency to have this problem recur, especially those that form a very thin capsule of scar around the implants. That is one of the big challenges of breast implant surgery: obtaining that perfect capsule. Not too thin. Not too thick.
