Before

This patient had undergone a right mastectomy with reconstruction years earlier out of state. Her reconstruction failed due to deflation of a saline implant and she never had this replaced. Now, she developed a new cancer in her left breast. She had a left mastectomy and I placed tissue expanders on both sides. Later, these were replace with a pair of Mentor MemoryGel  Xtra smooth, moderate plus profile silicone gel implants. Both are 545 cc. She is shown as she initially presented and at her final postoperative visit. Her breasts are soft and have a nice, natural feel to them.

She has some minor contour issues creating the asymmetry seen but, on balance, she looks very nice and fills her bras perfectly evenly.
