64 year old patient presented wanted a breast reduction and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) as well. She has a history of fibromyalgia and was also concerned about how this might effect the surgery or vice versa. She decided to have the breast reduction first (these procedures can sometimes be combined into one operation) then an abdominoplasty later.

The before photos show a side and oblique view of her abdomen.

The after photos show the result 4 months after removal of 2100 grams  (nearly 4 1/2 lbs) of skin and fat from the abdomen. The scars are still a bit red but will fade in time.
