Before

This young lady has had multiple pregnancies and presented unhappy with the loose, stretched out skin of her abdomen, and extensive stretch marks. Her muscle tone was actually not too bad. 

After

She is shown nearly one year after a full abdominoplasty. This included repositioning of the belly button, muscle tightening, and aggressive removal of all excess skin and fat. The slight bulging at the hips did not concern her and would be easily corrected with some liposuction. This cannot always be foreseen on the operating table.
