Before

This young woman had a bulging abdomen, stretch marks, and loose skin that she was unhappy. She had two children. I felt she would do well with an abdominoplasty (tummy Tuck).

After

I performed a traditional tummy tuck with tightening of the abdominal muscles. She obtained a very nice result. The central part of the scar is still a bit purple and needs more time to mature. The small vertical scar i the middle of the horizontal scar shows how far her belly button was pulled down. The only way to avoid this small additional scar is to move the horizontal incision closer to the belly  button.
