Before

This young women had multiple pregnancies, including twins and came in to fix her loose, bulging abdomen with extensive stretch marks. On my advice, she did lose some weight before surgery although not as much as I would have liked. Even so, she wanted to go forward, knowing that future weight loss might result on some loss of the benefits of a tummy tuck.

After

I performed an aggressive abdominoplasty on her, including muscle tightening. She did well and both of us were happy with the result, but she had some bulging of her hips that we both agreed would benefit from a touch up. The fresher looking scar on the end of the incision line is from that revision, which was done 7 months after the original surgery and 3 months before these photos were taken. Her original postop photos can be viewed by scrolling down ten patients. The way my website is set up, I cannot post three sets of photos at once.
