Before

This lady had 2 children and did breast feed. Contrary to the usual, her  bra size actually increased after these pregnancies, from a 34 B to a C cup. She wanted a little more fullness but did want to be too large. 

She underwent breast augmentation using 350 cc Mentor round, smooth, moderate profile saline implants placed under the muscle through an incision under the breasts less than an inch long. Her postoperative bra size is a DD. It is interesting that despite a 2 cup size increase the visual change is more subtle. 

She demonstrates one of the best results I have seen with breasts that look and feel 100% natural. The implants are, in fact, hard to appreciate even on a careful exam. She has all the natural feeling in her breasts. She is delighted.
