Before

This young lady breast fed all three of her children. Her bra size dropped slightly from a full 36 C cup to a padded C cup. She felt that she sagged and that here areolae were overly large. Her degree of sagging would normally make her a candidate for a lift. She did not want the scars of a breast lift. Because her measurements were actually rather small, I thought that she might do OK with implants alone.

After

She has undergone a breast augmentation with 425 cc smooth round saline implants filled to 450 cc. The areolae did not stretch much and look better proportioned on the larger breasts. Although still sagging, this is somewhat disguised by the added fullness. Despite the sagging I was able to put the implants under the muscle. Overall, it was a better than expected result. She understands that she may need a lift in the future but for now is very happy with her breasts. Her new cup size is a DD cup.
