Before

This 27 year old woman wanted more fullness to her breasts after her pregnancy. She was a 36 C cup and said she did not want to look "trashy". Her breasts were uneven with the left breast visibly smaller than the right.

After

She is shown after having breast augmentation using Mentor smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants placed under the muscle. The left implant is 400 cc and the right is 350 cc. Her new bra size is a D/DD cup. Her breasts are soft and have all the natural sensitivity as before surgery. She was very pleased.
