Before
This patient in her 60's desired breast augmentation. She has very nice breasts but wants more fullness. She wears a 34 B cup bra.
Before surgery
After
She underwent breast augmentation with Mentor round, smooth, moderate profile saline implants, placed under the muscle through a 3/4 inch incision under the breasts. Implant size is 325 cc, filled to 350 cc. Â Â Her final bra size is a 34 D cup. She feels very natural and has all the normal sensitivity in her breasts.
