Before

This young lady felt that her breasts were too small for her frame. Her bra size was a padded C cup. 

After

She is shown after breast augmentation using 450 cc Mentor round, smooth, moderate profile saline implants placed through an incision less than an inch long under the breasts, The implants are under the muscle. Her postoperative breast size is a full D cup. This is one of the best results I have seen with breast that look and feel almost entirely normal, very faint scars, and all the normal sensitivity in the nipples,.
