Before

This young lady had finished her family planning and was unhappy with the small size of her breasts. The photographs do not give an indication of how challenging she is for breast augmentation. Her breasts are tight and very fibrous raising concerns about their ability to accept implants well. The short distance from the nipple to the crease under her breasts will make it difficult to obtain a natural result without too much fullness up high on the chest.

After

She is shown 6 months after augmentation with Mentor round, smooth, moderate profile saline implants placed under the muscle through an incision under the breasts less than an inch in length. Her implants are 400cc on the left and 425cc on the right to correct for a slightly smaller right breast. Her breasts are exquisitely soft and natural feeling and look wonderful. She has retained all of the normal sensitivity of her nipples. Cup size went from a 36 A to a C/D cup.
