Before
This middle-aged patient was unhappy with her A cup breasts. She desired more volume but wanted to look "natural".
After
She is shown after breast augmentation with Mentor round, smooth, moderate profile saline implants placed under the muscle through incisions undert the breasts. The scars are 3/4 inch long. The implant volume is 375 cc. She is wearing between a C and D cup bra. Her breasts feel very soft and natural.
