Before

This young lady felt she was too small (32A cup) and wanted more fullness and better proportioned breasts. She was an excellent candidate for breast augmentation. 

After

She is shown 6 months and 5 years after augmentation with Mentor round, smooth, moderate profile implants placed under the muscle through a 3/4 inch incision under her breasts. Her bra size is  now a 32 C cup. When she returned, 5 years after surgery for a routine check up she demonstrated one of the most exceptional results I have seen among all of my patients. Her breasts feel and look almost 100% natural. The implants are difficult to feel in any position. There is no rippling and minimal no distortion when she contracts her muscles. She has normal sensitivity in her nipples. While I approach every patient with the same care and perform every surgery to the best of my ability, I cannot explain why some patients have such exceptional results and others are more modest. This is part of the art of surgery.
