Before

This young lady presented with small, asymmetric breasts. She was an excellent candidate for breast augmentation and elected to go with saline implants. Although she was 126 lb, she once weighed over 200 lb and lost this through a regimen of diet and exercise. 

After

She is shown 6 months after breast augmentation with Mentor round, smooth, high profile saline implants. The implants were 380 cc and both were filled to 400 cc, which even out her asymmetry very nicely. Her bra size went from a 34 B to a 36 C cup. Her breasts looke and feel very natural and she did not lose any sensitivity in the nipples from the surgery.
