Before

This young mother of three experienced severe loss of volume in her breasts after breast feeding. She was a 34 A/B cup and was hoping to get back to a C cup. She presented some challenges in that her breasts were narrow across the base and widely separated, making nice cleavage difficult to obtain. 

After

She is shown 6 months after breast augmentation with Mentor round, smooth, high profile saline implants placed in dual plane pockets (partially under the muscle with the muscle released so as to minimize movement and distortion of the breasts with muscle contraction). Her new bra size is a C cup in most bras and a D cup in Victoria's Secret bras. She is soft and both feels and looks very natural. She has normal sensitivity to her breasts. Her cleavage is better and wonderful in a bra.
