This very youthful lady, although on the far side of 65, had a nice figure and lovely breasts that she felt not full enough. She lost about 14 lbs and said her breasts went from a B to an A cup. She sought breast augmentation. After a discussion of the options, she elected to go with silicone gel implants. 

After

She is shown after augmentation using Allergan Natrelle Inpsira SRM round, smooth gel implants with a volume of 375 cc. Her new bra size is a triple D from Victoria's Secret so she is probably legitimately a full D, small DD cup (a true increase from an A/B cup to a triple D in the same bra type would be an extraordinary increase with such a modest implant size). She retained normal feeling in her breasts, feels and looks almost natural and is delighted with her results. There is a good chance these implants will serve her well for the rest of her life.
