This lady presented with one of the most difficult situations for breast augmentation. In addition to being very small, her breasts are very constricted with a narrow base and wide space between them, have a relative shortage of skin in the underside, and are sagging on top of all that! Her cup size was barely an A. She wanted to be better proportioned and to look natural. 

After

I performed her augmentation using Mentor smooth, round moderate profile saline implants in dual plane pockets. That means the implants are have under muscle and half under breast tissue. I have used preferentially for a couple of years and like the results very much. The implants are 350 cc and are filled to 375 cc. Her new cup size is a 36-38 C cup. Her breasts feel very soft and natural. She has kept all of the normal feeling in her breasts.
