Before

This young lady came in because she had nursed a couple of children and lost fullness in her breasts. Her bra size was a 36-38 B cup. She wanted more fullness but also wanted to look natural and was concerned about being "too big". 

After

Her breasts really weren't bad but you see the loss of volume, especially in the upper half. I placed Mentor smooth, round moderate profile saline implants in dual plane pockets. The implants are 325 cc, filled to 350 cc. Her postoperative bra size is a 34 C. She has retained normal feeling in both. I try to avoid hyperbole in describing my results for a breast augmentation, but these are truly exceptional, definitely one of the nicest results I have seen in many years. I cannot overstate how natural her breasts look and feel. Sitting up, laying down. It makes no difference. I challenge anyone who does not know she has implants to detect these by inspecting or even examining her breasts. Needless to say, she is thrilled and so am I.
