Before

This young woman had lost a great deal of weight and her breasts shrank in size. She wanted more fullness but did not want to look "top heavy" or, in her words, "hard". I recommended silicone gel implants and, as is my usual practice, sizing her in surgery for a nice augmentation. 

After

I augmented her with a pair of Allergan Natrelle smooth, round 304 cc gel implants, placed under the muscle. Her bra size increased from a 32A to a D/DD with these relatively conservative implants. Although it took over 6 months, she eventually regained normal sensitivity in her nipples. Her breasts look and feel almost perfectly natural. 

She returned to see me several years later. Her breasts looked almost exactly as you see them six months after surgery.
