Before

This young woman came to see me because of her small breasts. She wore a 34 A/(padded) B cup bra. She wanted to look "normal" and better proportioned for her clothes and bathing suits. She did not want to be showy or too full. 

After

She is shown after augmentation with Mentor smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants. The implants are 325 cc. Because of her slight asymmetry, with a smaller left breast, I filled the left one to 325 cc and the right one to 310. I tend to favor saline implants for my younger patients. No implant is expected to last a lifetime and I figure that later in life, if and when she needs to have these implants removed or replaced, I can give her gel implants at that time. She has had these implants for 8 years, through two pregnancies, and her breasts remain lovely, are soft and very natural looking. She has normal sensitivity in them. She is a full C cup.
