Before

This young woman came in for breast augmentation after having had two children. Her cup size was B. She felt her breasts looked "sad", with sagging and stretch marks. She wanted more attractive breasts that were not showy, were well proportioned to her body, and looked natural. 

After

She is shown nearly 3 years after her surgery. I performed her augmentation using Allergan Natrelle Inspira Style SRM smooth, round gel implants with a volume of 485 cc. Her bra size is a 38 D cup from Victoria's Secret. She has normal feeling in the left nipple. She lost some sensation on the right. Her breasts feel and look very natural.
