Before

This young lady came in, as so many do, seeking breast augmentation after nursing two children and losing volume in her breasts. Her bra size was a (padded) 34 B cup. 

After

I did her surgery using Mentor smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants. The implants are 375 cc and are filled 400 cc. They are under the muscle. Her result was exceptional with soft, natural-feeling breasts with normal sensitivity. Her bra size went up to a full 36 C cup. She returned 8 years later, with the result shown, seeking larger implants. Her result remained perfect, with breasts that felt and looked almost perfectly natural. This is as nice an 8 year result as I have seen. I told her she would be foolish to risk this just to go larger. She decided against doing this.
