Before

This young woman came in seeking breast augmentation. Her breasts had "deflated" after nursing two children and she wanted her natural fullness back. Her bra size was a 34B cup before her pregnancies and, although her bra size had not changed, she did not fill her bras anymore. She liked the way her breasts looked when she was nursing and they were more full. She wanted to look and feel as natural as possible. 

After

I performed her breast augmentation using 330 cc Allergan Natrelle Inspira Style SRM smooth, round gel implants placed half under the muscle through an incision under her breasts. Her postoperative pain was moderate. She is shown at 3 months. Her breasts look and feel very natural. She has normal sensitivity in her nipples. Her new bra size is a 34D cup from Belk and a 34DD from Victoria's Secret, but she said the Victoria's Secret bra did not fit her well. She was very happy with the result.
