Patient - Breast Lift

Before

This young woman was unhappy with her sagging breasts. She said that when she lay on her back, they would fall "into my armpits." She was a C cup and was happy with the size. I suggested a breast lift and explained the operation to her, including the fact that she would have multiple scars. She elected proceed.

After

She is shown just shy of five months after the surgery. I did the lift using the most popular technique with an "anchor" or "inverted-T" incision. This produces a beautiful breast shape and the scars are usually very thin and faint. Her scars are still slightly pink but will fade in a few more months. Her bra size did not change.
