Before
This 35 year old women has had 3 children and now her breasts are sagging and have lost some volume, she was a C/D cup and is now a 34 C. She wanted to fix the sagging and look more "perky".
She is shown before and after a mastopexy using a traditional "inverted T" incision. Her scars are 6 months old and still pink but will fade with more time. She is still wearing her C cup bras. More fullness could be achieved with implants later but she was happy with this result.
