Before

This lady presented with severe problems due to her 30KKK cup breasts. She had back, neck, and shoulder pain; rashes under her breasts; tingling down her arms; and headaches in the lower back of her head. She tried chiropractic manipulation with out relief. She could not exercise because she could not find bras supportive enough for her to be comfortable. She was typical of most patients with macromastia (large breasts): she was miserable. 

After

She is seen 6 months after a breast reduction in which a total of about 2 1/2-3 lbs were removed from her breasts. Her bra size is now a 30 I cup and all of her symptoms and problems have resolved. Because of her large size, her nipple/areolae were transferred to their new location on her smaller breasts using a free grafting technique. Amazingly, she reports that she has normal sensitivity, in fact more sensitivity, than before surgery in them. They also respond to touch and cold. This is not at all typical for nipple grafting but I am happy to take credit for it!
