Before
This patient presented for correction of her droopy, lop-sided breasts. Her bra size was a 38 DD/DDD cup. She desired more youthful looking, perky, and symmetrical breasts.
After
I performed a breast lift combined with a small reduction on the left side and a larger reduction on the right. I took out 290 grams on the left and 600 grams on the right to obtain a more even look. She is shown six months after her surgery.
