This lady in her 40's presented with 34 DD cup breasts and the usual complaints I see with big, heavy breast: constant back, shoulder, and neck pain, dating back to high school. She tried different bras, underwent several weeks of chiropractic back manipulation, and took over the counter anti-inflammatory meds and Tylenol, all without obtaining meaningful relief. I recommended a breast reduction and she readily accepted. 

After

She is shown 6 months to the day after a breast reduction. I removed 504 grams from the left breast and 525 grams from the right. Her postoperative bra size is a D cup. Nearly all of her presenting symptoms have resolved. Her breast sensation is intact in the nipple/areola complexes. Her scars are still a little reactive and sections are still a little thickened and pink but I was confident this would all go away with a little more time and took her final photographs now.
