Before

This young woman came in with complaints of severe back, neck, and shoulder pain from her 34 DDD cup breasts. I obtained approval from her insurance company for a therapeutic breast reduction. 

After

I remove 579 grams (20.42 oz) from the left breast and 445 grams (15.7 oz) from the right. Her final bra size was never given but she obtained near complete relief of all of her symptoms. Her darker skin complexion is prone to hyperpigmentation of scars, as shown here with darker scars than her natural skin tone. This usually resolves in 6-12 months, but can persist in some.
