Before

This patient came to see me with the usual complaints that most women with overly large breasts have: back, neck, and shoulder pain. This was chronic and not relieved with bras, over-the-counter pain or anti-inflammatory meds, or anything else. Her bra size was a 38DDD. 

After

These photos were taken one year after her breast reduction. I removed 781 grams from the left breast and 582 grams from the right, or right at 3 lb total. All of her symptoms resolved. She had a very unusual complication in that she experienced late bleeding over a week after surgery, requiring drainage, but went on to heal without further problems. Her scars under her breasts are wider than ideal, but she turned down my offer to revise them as she is satisfied. Her new bra size is a C cup.
