Before

This 39 year old patient presented DDD cup breasts and a history of chronic pain in the lower back, neck, and shoulders. She had grooves in her shoulders from her bras. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with removal of about 1 ½ lb per breast. Her postoperative bra cup size is a D and she has obtained 100% relief of her symptoms. Despite the very large reduction, she has retained all of the normal feeling in her nipple area. Her scars are very soft and flat and, hopefully, in time, the darker pigmentation in them will fade. She is thrilled with them.
