Before

This young lady had undergone a bilateral reduction years earlier by a surgeon up north.  She came in with bulging of the lateral chest, nipples that were not centered on the breasts, breast that were now too small, and bulging of the abdomen and hips.

She underwent revision of the bulging in the chest, a revision breast lift to move the nipples, breast augmentation with round, smooth 475 cc saline implants placed under the muscle, tummy tuck, and liposuction to her hips.

This was a very complicated case because of the previous surgery and multiple areas to be addressed.  She is pleased with her result.
