This 30-something lady has had several pregnancies and is unhappy with the "kangaroo pouch" character of her abdomen and loss of breast volume. She elected to go with a breast augmentation using saline implants and a simultaneous tummy tuck. This is popularly known as a "mommy makeover". It can accomplish wonderful aesthetic improvements for women. 

After

She is shown after a tummy tuck and breast augmentation with 525 cc Mentor round, smooth, round, moderate profile saline implants inserted through a 3/4 inch incision under the breasts and placed under the muscle. She went from a 36-38 B/C cup to a 38 D cup with these implants. Breasts are very soft and natural looking.
