This patient came in because she wanted a more youthful, refreshed look. She is shown before and after fat grafting to the face combined with an upper lid blepharoplasty. About 20 cc of fat was placed on each side. Her postoperative photos were taken 3 months after the surgery so this result should be expected to be permanent.Â
